What is Factoring?

Factoring, sometimes called accounts receivable financing, is the process of selling your company's receivables to a Bank or Finance Company, at a discount, for immediate cash.  By factoring your receivables, you may reduce or eliminate the need to incur additional debt to finance the activities of your daily operations.
